First launch on macOS

The beta build isn’t notarized yet, so macOS may block it on first launch. This is a one‑time step — after that, Dodo opens normally.

  1. Open the .dmg, drag Dodo into your Applications folder, then eject the disk.
  2. Double‑click Dodo. If macOS says it can’t be opened, click Donenot “Move to Trash”.
  3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, find the blocked “Dodo” message, click Open Anyway, then confirm.

Still blocked? Open Terminal and run:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Dodo.app

You’ll need your access code. Dodo is invite‑only during the beta. When the app opens, enter the personal code we sent you. Each code works on one device.
